July 11, 2012 Anfield Tickets 2012/13 Important information
There has been major changes to the ticket policy for the international branches. The Toronto branch, just like every other international branch, will only be able to book tickets for two games before the end of December and two games after.
If anyone is planning on attending a game at Anfield this season can you please let me know at m.humphrey@lfctoronto.com ASAP.
We will base which games we are going to apply for based on the number of requests we get from the membership.
Members will also have the opportunity to apply for tickets directly from Liverpool FC via the members ticket sale.
*** Please be aware though that you need to have a full, light or junior membership in order to participate in the members ticket sale. An International membership will NOT be accepted. Anyone who has recently paid for an International membership can cancel their membership and rejoin as full, light or junior members. If you want to do this though you need to contact me ASAP with your name and membership card numbers as you will need to be resubscribed as members no later that midnight GMT on Monday July 16th.
On Friday July 20th Liverpool FC will take place in a closed practice session at the Rogers Centre.
The practice will start at 5.00pm and go on to approximately 6.30 pm.
All Liverpool supporters who purchased tickets through the Toronto branch will have access to this practice.
- Doors will open at 4:30pm
- Please present game day ticket at Gate 5 for entry
- General admission - you are not required to sit in your assigned game-day seats
- Food and beverage (including alcohol) will be available for purchase
Bruce night at Scallywags
Please join us on Friday July 20th after the closed practice for an evening with Liverpool legend Bruce Grobbelaar.
Admission is free for everyone who has purchased a LFC vs TFC ticket in the Rogers Kop.
This is going to be another great night for the Toronto Reds especially for those of you who haven't seen Bruce entertain us with his stories before.
Anfield Tickets
We have recently received word from Anfield that their will be significant changes again this season regarding the sale of tickets through the A.I.B Branches.
We have emailed the club asking for clarification on several issues and we will be making an announcement soon via newsletter and on our website.
2012/13 Membership
Membership fees for the 2012/13 season are now due. Dues are $20.00 and can be paid at any of Liverpool's live televised games at Scallywags or by post to our branch PO Box address.Click here for order form and membership details.
Please note, if any of you renewing your membership have made any changes to your postal or email addresses or have changed your phone numbers please let us know in order to keep our membership database up to date.
IMPORTANT....Could everyone who is also Liverpool FC member please email me with their membership card number to m.humphrey@lfctoronto.com as we have to keep track of all our Liverpool FC members to maintain the AIB status for the Toronto branch.
