Heinze loses bid for Anfield move, will fight on
Gabriel Heinze has lost his attempt to force a move to Liverpool.
His club disputed claims from Heinze, 29, who said they gave him written permission to pursue a transfer to another club for a fee of £6.8m. But a Premier League arbitration panel concluded that the permission 'was unambiguous in that it envisages only an international transfer'.
Heinze insists he will continue fight the Premier League's decision.
"My fight is for freedom to negotiate with any club," Heinze told the Daily Mail.
