Liverpool target Javi Garcia has confirmed he is mulling over a possible move to Anfield.

The 20-year-old defensive midfielder has spent the last five seasons at Real Madrid but has been unable to establish himself as a first-team regular.

Real are keen to extend his contract at the Santiago Bernabeu which expires next summer, but Liverpool are understood to be leading the chase for his signature.
