Sheffield United striker Rob Hulse has been forgiven for leaving Peter Crouch with a broken nose and requiring several stitches in a head wound on Saturday.

In the aftermath of the incident involving John Terry during the Carling Cup final on Sunday, Hulse's accidental kick in the face of Liverpool striker Crouch in United's 4-0 defeat at Anfield was almost forgotten.
